ABOUT ME

Hey again! So now that you know I hate doing laundry, here’s a little back story:

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I come from a family of 4 girls - poor dad, I played volleyball all throughout middle school, high school and college. I am 6 foot 2 inches and I only say this because ya’ll going to ask anyways. And no, I don’t have a problem wearing heels or platforms.

I currently live in Fairfield, Connecticut and have been here for almost 10 years now. GIVE ME ALL THE FALL!

I love the east coast. Best decision of my life as I have not looked back once. (you’re also going to ask why I left California…but I’ll save that for when we meet!)

I have loved photography since I can remember. And I apologize that a lot of photographers say that, but its true so whatever I’m one of them. I have always been drawn to the art stuff in school, but I ultimately chose the sports path in life. I had this dream of being a fashion stylest but the best fashion schools don’t have volleyball so I went another direction.

I played volleyball at the University of Southern California (Fight On! for anyone that knows what that means) and also at Sacred Heart when I got my Master’s Degree. I am now the Associate Head Coach at Sacred Heart University and I also own and run Nova Volleyball Club.

I love to coach, but I also love photography and have wanted to get my hands dirty in this field forever. So here I am - 20 years later from when I first picked up a camera and a volleyball - doing both and feeling so blessed.

My work is natural, warm and not necessarily “perfect.” But my work is always ME.

I will have a few blurry or underexposed gems that make me feel more artsy than I really am (and they will definitely go in your gallery!)

I am a fur mama to the two best Aussie boys, Zeus and BoBear, I’m a lover of all things pizza and wine, and I’m always ready for a new adventure.

Beach, mountains, backyards, bedrooms, bathrooms, rain, snow, you name it…i’ll shoot in it.

There’s magic everywhere, we just have to find it.

Wanna try and find some with me? If so I’d love to hear from you!
